All movement starts with your Central Nervous System. It starts with the communication from the brain to body. This is your mind to muscle connection or your mind to body connection.

In order to rehabilitate and heal, re-pattern movement, reactivate muscles, and re-strengthen- we must start with the mind, breath, and body connection.

All of my programs are designed to lay the foundation of movement. Each of my programs are uniquely designed depending on where you are on your fitness journey.
