Core Restore
My Core Restore Program is tailored for Moms recovering after giving birth- vaginally or cesarean. Pregnancy and childbirth take a tremendous toll on a woman’s body. Healing safely and effectively during this time is so important.
The benefit of this 1:1 program is that it is uniquely tailored to your needs and capabilities so that you can recover optimally and feel safe and confident in your training and in yourself. I start with various assessments so that the program can meet you where your body is ready to begin healing.
I do the following assessments for ALL moms:
Diastasis Recti Assessment
Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Screen
Functional Movement Screen
ABC Assessment
For Cesarean Moms:
Scar Mobilization Assessment
I gather the information recorded from the assessments and they give us a baseline and let me know the areas of rehabilitation we should prioritize and where to begin your recovery. I follow up with these assessments through out your program so that we can measure results and set attainable goals.
My Core Restore Program is divided into 3 Levels from beginner to advanced to meet you where you are during your Postpartum recovery. Your workout routine will vary between 10-30 minutes for 2-3 sessions a week, and can be tailored to be done from the comfort of your home with minimal or no equipment or in a gym setting with equipment.

No thinking or planning required! All you have to do is show up for yourself and do it!
